Construction Process Business Model Strategy to Fulfil the Working Contract at PT Uniteda Arkato

This study aims to (1) analyze the appropriate business model at PT. Uniteda Arkato, (2) To how increase production of stockpiling dams achieve target work contract, (3) determine rational capability standards. The population in this is contract totaling four contracts. Analytical method used research Canvas Business Model, Critical Path Method (CPM), and Line Balancing. results found that with canvas model, companies can compete have been developing for a long time, (CPM) critical path exists during construction process line balancing analysis makes more efficient. From low production, there tendency delays time agreed contract. As result delay, company suffers from possible loss penalty penalties addition level not achieved will lead an costs, especially overhead costs.
